The Palace of Paintings
It is the oldest museum in Ubud. The founders were scared that Balinese paintings which have gained recognition worldly would be disappeared to other countries while Balinese couldn’t see them. This fear led Rudolf Bonnet and Tjokorda Gede Agung Sukawati to establish and build Puri Lukisan Museum, the Palace of Paintings.
